Mission For The Cross
The Future Gateway Cross of Cleveland exists to glorify Father God and honor His Son, Jesus Christ who willingly gave His life on the cross so that all may have eternal life. This cross will stand tall in Cleveland, Texas, a city known as “the City on a Hill” and recognized as Father God’s city.
Our mission is to raise a bold and permanent symbol of faith in the heart of the community, a gateway of hope, healing, and divine purpose. This cross is more than just a monument; it is a spiritual declaration that Cleveland belongs to God, and His presence reigns over the land, the people, and the future of this city.
Through the power of this cross, we aim to unite believers, ignite revival, and inspire all generations to turn their hearts back to Christ. It will serve as a visual reminder that no matter how dark the world becomes, Jesus is still the Light, and the Light shines brightest from the hill.

We believe Cleveland has been chosen as a gateway for God’s glory a city set apart for His divine plan. And this cross will be a testament for all to see that Jesus is Lord over Cleveland.
The Birthing Of The Cleveland Cross
On September 17th, 2024, Chaplain Blackwell presented the proposal to the Cleveland City Council, where it was met with full support and unanimous approval. With City approval and God’s favor, plans were set in motion to establish a cross that would stand as a visible reminder of faith, hope, and God’s presence over the city. Chaplain Blackwell emphasizes, “This Cross is not about religion, it’s about our relationship with Father God.”
In partnership with Heartwarming Living Solutions, Inc. alongside local donors, civic groups, churches, and caring neighbors, Chaplain Blackwell is turning the God given vision for the Gateway Cross of Cleveland into a living testimony of what we can accomplish together. Our community is the heartbeat of this mission.
